2. Eligibility and Restricted Territories

3. Account Registration and Verification

4.2 Withdrawals

We process withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 EUR/USD or 30 CAD/NZD. Please note that a single deposit wager (1x) must be completed before a withdrawal can be initiated. If fraud is suspected, a 3x deposit wager requirement may apply.

Winnings exceeding 15,000 EUR/USD are paid in monthly installments of 15,000 EUR/USD until the full amount is settled. Progressive jackpot wins are paid out in full without installment restrictions. Withdrawal limits vary by VIP level as follows:

• VIP Levels 1–3: 3,000 EUR/USD per week / 12,000 EUR/USD per month
• VIP Levels 4–14: 5,000 EUR/USD per week / 15,000 EUR/USD per month
• VIP Levels 15–20: 6,000 EUR/USD per week / 18,000 EUR/USD per month
• VIP Levels 21–30: 10,000 EUR/USD per week / 50,000 EUR/USD per month

Note that Visa payouts are not supported for players in the USA, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, or Singapore. Large withdrawals may be paid in multiple transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

We at N1 Casino offer a Welcome Package worth up to 4,000 EUR/USD plus 200 Free Spins across four deposits. Each individual bonus deposit is capped at 1,000 EUR/USD. The general wagering requirement for all bonuses is 50x, however our Welcome and Reload bonuses carry a 40x wagering requirement. Money bonuses are valid for one month; Free Spins are valid for seven days and must be activated within three days of being credited.

All bonuses at N1 Casino are non-sticky, meaning real-money funds are played first before bonus funds are used. The maximum win from any single bonus is capped at 10x the bonus amount. There is no maximum bet restriction while playing with an active bonus.

5.1 Bonus Wagering Contributions

Low-risk roulette strategies — defined as covering 25 or more of 37 possible outcomes — are strictly prohibited during bonus play. Violation of this rule may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.2 Bonus Restrictions by Region

Bonuses are not available to players from Sweden. Additionally, players from Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, North Macedonia, Moldova, Philippines, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Slovakia are not eligible for bonus offers.
